A few of us returned from a mountain biking trip this past weekend, and we are looking forward to our next. As much fun as it is, like any other relatively extreme athletic pastimes, at times it can be quite dangerous.

Hopefully in the next coming days and weeks, I will have some more information to add on this subject...
